Report Lost or Stolen Card
If your card is lost or stolen, report it immediately:
- Dashboard: Cards → Select card → Report Lost/Stolen

Dispute a Transaction
To dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge:
- Report within 60 days of the transaction
- We investigate within 10 business days
- Resolution within 45 days
