Report Lost or Stolen Card

If your card is lost or stolen, report it immediately:

  • Dashboard: Cards → Select card → Report Lost/Stolen
  • Email: cards@summitspend.com

Dispute a Transaction

To dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge:

  • Report within 60 days of the transaction
  • We investigate within 10 business days
  • Resolution within 45 days
