This fee schedule applies to all Summit Spend corporate cards issued by Evolve Bank & Trust. Summit Spend corporate cards are prefunded expense cards — your organization loads funds before use, and no credit is extended. There are no hidden fees.

Changes to This Fee Schedule
We will provide at least 21 days advance written notice before making any changes to this fee schedule. Notice will be sent via email to the primary account holder and displayed within the Summit Spend dashboard. Continued use of the card after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated fees.
