Card Program Disclosures

1. Card Issuing Bank
Summit Spend corporate cards are issued by Evolve Bank & Trust, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc.
Summit Spend is a technology platform that facilitates card issuance and expense management services. Summit Spend is not a bank and does not hold deposits. All card-related banking services are provided by Evolve Bank & Trust, Memphis, TN, Member FDIC.
2. Cardholder Terms & Agreements
By accepting a Summit Spend corporate card, the cardholder agrees to the following terms issued by Evolve Bank & Trust. These documents govern the use of the card, including spending, liability, and dispute resolution:

Terms and conditions governing card use, including spending limits, liability, and account management.
E-Sign Disclosure & Consent
Consent to receive electronic disclosures, statements, and notices related to your card account.
Authorized User Terms
Terms governing authorized users on corporate card accounts, including rights and responsibilities.
3. Fee Schedule
The following fees may apply to your Summit Spend corporate card. For complete fee details, refer to the full fee schedule.

ATM cash withdrawals are not supported on Summit Spend corporate cards. Cards are prefunded by your organization; there is no credit extended and therefore no interest or late fees apply.
4. Error Resolution Procedures
In case of errors or questions about your card transactions, contact us as soon as possible. Under federal Regulation E, you have certain rights regarding error resolution:

When to Report
You must contact us within 60 days after the transaction appeared on your statement or electronic history. When reporting, provide your name, card number (or last 4 digits), the dollar amount of the suspected error, and a description of why you believe the error occurred.
What We Will Do
- We will acknowledge your error report within 10 business days of receiving it
- We will investigate and resolve the error within 45 days (90 days for new accounts, point-of-sale transactions, or foreign-initiated transactions)
- If we need more time, we may provisionally credit your account within 10 business days while we investigate
- We will notify you of the results within 3 business days of completing our investigation
Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your card has been lost, stolen, or used without your authorization, contact us immediately. Your liability for unauthorized transactions depends on how quickly you report the loss. Report a lost or stolen card at cards@summitspend.com or call 1-888-SUMMIT-0.
5. Your Liability for Unauthorized Transfers
Tell us AT ONCE if you believe your card has been lost or stolen, or if you believe an unauthorized transaction has been made using your card. Calling us is the best way of keeping your possible losses down:

6. Electronic Communication Consent
By accepting a Summit Spend corporate card, you consent to receive the following communications electronically through the Summit Spend platform and by email:
- Card account statements and transaction alerts
- Privacy policy and terms of service updates
- Fee schedule changes (with 21 days advance notice)
- Error resolution and dispute correspondence
- Regulatory disclosures and notices
You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications by contacting cards@summitspend.com. Withdrawal of consent may result in the closure of your card account.
7. Commercial Financing Disclosures
The following disclosures are provided in compliance with state commercial financing disclosure laws. Summit Spend corporate cards are prefunded expense cards, not credit products. No credit is extended and no interest is charged.
New York Commercial Financing Disclosure
Pursuant to New York State's Commercial Financing Disclosure Law (NY S.B. 5470):
- Product type: Prefunded corporate expense card (not a loan or credit product)
- Total amount financed: N/A — cards are prefunded by the organization
- Annual percentage rate (APR): 0.00% — no credit is extended
- Total cost of financing: $0.00 — no interest, origination, or financing fees
- Payment frequency: N/A — organization prefunds the card balance
- Prepayment penalty: None
- Collateral: None required
Utah Commercial Financing Disclosure
Pursuant to the Utah Commercial Financing Registration and Disclosure Act (Utah S.B. 183):
- Product type: Prefunded corporate expense card
- Total financing amount: N/A — no credit is extended
- Finance charge: $0.00
- Estimated APR: 0.00%
- Total repayment amount: N/A
California Commercial Financing Disclosure
Pursuant to California's SB-1235 Commercial Financing Disclosures:
- Product type: Prefunded corporate expense card (not a commercial financing product)
- Total amount of funds provided: Determined by organization prefunding
- Total dollar cost of financing: $0.00
- APR: 0.00%
- Prepayment policy: No prepayment charges or penalties
8. Card Data Privacy
Your card data is handled with the following protections:
- Full card numbers are never stored in the Summit Spend database — they are held securely by Stripe
- Card number display requires explicit permission and auto-hides after 30 seconds
- All card-related API communications use TLS 1.2+ encryption
- Transaction data is subject to our Privacy Policy
- Sensitive card operations are logged in our audit trail
